The Harada Method is a goal-setting framework used by world-class athletes like Shohei Ohtani. It helps you break down your biggest dreams into actionable steps using a 9x9 grid (81 cells).
📊 Grid Structure:
- Center Cell: Your main goal (e.g., "Become MLB MVP")
- 8 Key Areas: Major themes needed to achieve your goal (e.g., "Physical Training", "Mental Strength")
- 8 Tasks per Key Area: Specific actions for each theme (64 tasks total)
- Click "New Dreamsheet" on the home page
- Enter your goal (title) and a brief description
- Let AI help you - Click "Create dreamsheet" and our AI will auto-fill the grid based on your goal
- Or create manually - Click "Create without AI" to fill in the grid yourself

Once your dreamsheet is created, use the AI Coach to refine and improve your plan:
- Click on any cell to edit it manually
- Open the AI Coach panel on the right
- Ask questions like: "How can I improve my Physical Training tasks?"
- The AI knows your entire plan and gives contextual advice
- Changes auto-save as you type
- Make it Public: Share your dreamsheet with the community to inspire others and get upvotes
- Share as Image: Export your grid as an image to share on social media or with friends
- Print to PDF: Download a printable version to keep on your desk
- Copy Others' Plans: Found an inspiring dreamsheet? Click "Make my own copy" to use it as a template
